What do I need to use it?
A current desktop browser for the included HTML customizer, a compatible Word editor for DOCX files and a PDF reader. No design account or subscription is required. The studio uses embedded assets and runs locally.
Is the guest guide a hosted website?
You export a standalone, responsive HTML file. Hosting, QR generation and a domain are not included. You can share the file or arrange your own hosting. Review property details before sharing, and keep door codes in private booking messages.
Can I change the photo and style?
Yes. Upload your own JPG, PNG or WebP photo and choose Olive & linen, Clay & cream or Ink & stone. Use the Word sources for further text and layout changes. The included apartment photo is an AI-generated illustration of a fictional property.
Can I use it for more than one property?
One purchasing business may customize the pack for properties it owns or manages. You may share finished guides with guests and completed operational sheets with your staff. Editable sources, the customizer and project backups cannot be redistributed or resold.
Are these Canva templates?
No. This edition includes a browser studio, five editable Word documents and print PDFs. Native Canva files are not included.
Does it send messages automatically?
No. Personalize the twenty templates and send them through your normal booking conversations. Booking-specific details remain editable prompts.
How do printing and editing work?
Print the customized book and signs using your browser's Print / Save PDF function. Select A4 or US Letter, enable background graphics and review the print preview after editing. Longer text can change pagination. The included PDF templates and Word documents provide additional editing and printing options.
How do I receive the files?
After checkout, use the confirmation page or your Polar order email to access the protected ZIP download. For purchase access or reproducible issues in original files, contact hello@packs.onl. Custom property writing, hosting and implementation are not included.
